Summary: A temporary contract is offered for a Labor Accompaniment Technician who will carry out orientation, business prospecting, and mediation for labor insertion. Highlights: 1. Carry out group orientation processes and individual accompaniment 2. Conduct business network prospecting and mediation for agreements 3. Coordinate with the team and local entities in the territory - Be registered at the Generalitat’s Employment Office as a jobseeker seeking improved employment or as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO). - Not have been employed for a period of 6 months or longer under an employment plan of the Tarragona Provincial Council from the 2023 and 2024 calls. - Hold a Bachelor’s degree, Unified Polyvalent Baccalaureate (BUP), Second-level Vocational Training (FP2), Vocational Training Technician qualification (Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle), or equivalent, or a higher-level qualification. - Hold a valid Class B driving license. - Possess an Advanced Catalan language certificate (C1 certificate). If the required Catalan language level cannot be documented, applicants must take a Catalan language test. - Applicants who do not hold Spanish nationality and are not from countries where Spanish is an official language must demonstrate advanced-level (C2 level) Spanish language proficiency. - Carry out group orientation processes and individual accompaniment - Conduct business network prospecting and labor market analysis - Perform mediation to seek collaboration agreements and establish synergies with companies - Inform the orientation team and users about the labor market - Identify and manage job offers and internship procedures. - Coordinate with the team and local entities in the territory. * Experience: 6 months as a Labor Accompaniment Technician * Higher-Level Vocational Training Qualification (FP) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Adaptation and change management, Interpersonal relationships, Innovation, Cooperation, participation and facilitation, Sustainability and common good, Integrity, transparency and shared responsibility, Results and effectiveness * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary: 2318 * Other relevant information: Expected start date: 07/01/2026.
