Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Margon, a full-cycle metallurgical company specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of capital goods for the railway, defense, and public works sectors, is looking to hire Electrical Assembly Operators at its El Arboç (Tarragona) facility. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Perform electrical assembly of industrial equipment and components. * Interpret and apply electrical diagrams to ensure correct assembly. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical assembly. * Vocational training qualification (Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle) in Electrical Installations or equivalent. * Ability to interpret and understand electrical diagrams. **What We Especially Value:** * Forklift or overhead crane operator license. * Residence near the El Arboç area. * Problem-solving attitude and quality orientation. **Conditions We Offer:** * Stable employment position. * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:30.
