Contribution to harmonious and restorative growth Intress is looking for **Educators and Social Integration Workers** to join our **SUBSTITUTE POOL**, which includes regular substitute assignments, but may also offer opportunities to secure permanent positions. This role is for the *SPE Vela* service, located in **Altafulla** (Tarragona). **The Emergency Protection Service (SPE)** is a temporary residential service that provides comprehensive care to unaccompanied migrant youth arriving in the territory, ensuring coverage of basic needs such as accommodation, sustenance, and health care. **Responsibilities:** * **Assess** the personal, family, and social situation of children, adolescents, or young people to develop an individualized educational intervention plan. * **Provide accompaniment** in the community and support for administrative procedures, community support, and/or training aimed at developing social skills and improving family relationships. * **Review the Individualized Educational Plan** of minors and/or families to monitor their proper development. * **Intervene through a meaningful relationship** with children, adolescents, or young people, thereby contributing to their harmonious, stable, and restorative growth. * **Participate in assemblies** to gather proposals regarding the center’s operation and the needs of children, adolescents, and young people, enabling responsive dialogue and solutions. * **Support families** in carrying out daily life activities that facilitate child development, addressing aspects such as nutrition, hygiene, rest, and stimulation/play. * **Conduct informational sessions on Family Foster Care** for individuals who request them. ***What do we offer?*** * **Start date**: As needed, potentially immediate. * **End date**: According to the substitute assignment. * **Monthly gross salary for 38 weekly hours:** **Social Educator:** €1,857.69 **Qualified staff:** €1,650.02 * **Schedule:** As required. * Possibility of continuation if stable positions become available. * **You will join an organization actively engaged in the social field, committed to integrating people in situations of vulnerability.** ***What do we expect from you?*** **Required academic qualifications:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Social Integration * University degree in Social Education or final-year enrollment in the Bachelor’s program. * Other social education qualifications **Required professional experience:** * Experience in a similar setting. * Experience in social resources serving the target population groups. **Other desirable competencies:** * Work with families. * Group dynamics and organization. * Conflict management. * Community intervention. * Socio-educational and psychosocial intervention methodology. * Internet, social media, and audiovisual tools. * **A criminal record certificate confirming no convictions for sexual offenses is mandatory.** *Intress commits—through its Human Resources Management Policy and commitments adopted under the III Equality Plan of Intress, Axis 2—to manage external recruitment and internal promotion processes with a firm commitment to gender equality and equal opportunity for women and men, both within Intress and among collaborating entities, thus ensuring equality and integrating a gender perspective into all selection processes.*
