




Job Summary: We are seeking a chef for a Japanese fusion cuisine restaurant, responsible for preparing tempura, appetizers, sauces, meats, fish, and sushi dishes. Key Highlights: 1. Training and integration into a major expanding restaurant group. 2. Full-time contract with two days off per week. We are hiring a chef for BOKOTO TARRAGONA, an established Japanese fusion restaurant in Tarragona. **The selected candidate will be responsible for:** tempura, hot appetizers, preparation of homemade sauces, preparation of meats and fish, plating and assembly of dishes, preparation of sushi rice, cleaning, cutting, and filleting fish for each preparation, preparation of nigiri, sashimi, maki, temaki, uramaki, etc. **We offer:** * Full-time contract (40 actual working hours) * Two days off per week * Immediate start * Location in the city center * Working hours: 12:00–16:00 and 20:00–24:00. * Training and integration into a major national restaurant group with multiple locations currently undergoing expansion. **Position Type:** Full-time, Permanent contract **Work Location:** On-site employment
