**Conditions:** * **Contract type**: Full-time, 12-month training contract. * **Remuneration**: €24,000 gross per year. * **Workplace**: Sitges. * **Start date**: On or before 27 February 2026. **Main responsibilities:** * Drafting and managing reports, activity summaries, newsletters, and press releases. * Coordinating communication with external media and developing and managing content for social media, websites, and CRM systems. * Organising and promoting events and activities of the Foundation. * Developing and implementing digital and corporate marketing strategies. * Supporting awareness-raising and fundraising campaigns. **Required profile:** * **Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. * **Languages**: High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (mandatory); intermediate or advanced English. * **Experience**: Prior experience in corporate communication, social media management, and digital strategies will be valued. * Availability to work on-site in Sitges. **Specific requirements:** * Registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Registry. * Registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO). * Aged between **16 and 29 years** at the time of contract formalisation. * Holding a university degree, medium- or higher-level vocational qualification, specialist title, professional master’s degree, or certification from the Vocational Training System that qualifies or enables the performance of the professional activity, and meeting all requirements stipulated for the training employment contract to obtain professional practice.
