We are looking for a **Transformation Technician** to maintain, evolve, and drive the expansion of the OKR transformation and management system across the entire company, ensuring the model adapts to team needs and consolidates as a useful, shared, and impact-oriented management system. **What will you do?** * **Maintain, evolve, and drive** the expansion of the OKR transformation and management system across the entire company, adapting the model to team needs so it remains useful and impact-oriented. * **Ensure proper operation** of the quarterly management cycle—from project and objective definition through execution, monitoring, and results review. * **Coach leaders** of each mission to understand and apply the system consistently, supporting them in defining projects, objectives, key metrics, and action plans. * **Prepare, facilitate, and energize** quarterly planning, review, and follow-up sessions with mission leads. * **Identify friction points, blockers, dependencies, or difficulties** in system operation and support teams in resolving them, proposing improvements to make the model more agile and effective. * **Identify overlaps and synergies** among different *squads*, teams, or projects, enabling cross-functional collaboration and alignment with corporate strategic vision. * **Collect, organize, and present** key information on system evolution, objective progress, and risks—to inform the Transformation Lead and provide visibility to the Executive Committee. * **Develop and maintain dashboards** or visualization tools enabling early risk detection, deviation identification, and data-driven decision-making. * **Design and deliver training** and coaching activities to support new teams’ adoption of the management model, acting as a reference point across the entire OKR ecosystem. * **Promote the system’s principles**, helping consolidate a culture of focus, collaboration, transparency, learning, and impact orientation in project management. * **Lead the organization and coordination** of periodic in-person events with teams to share objective status, foster connection, and reinforce cross-functional vision. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (ADE), Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in a similar role leading objective-management methodologies (OKRs) or *Agile* transformation. * An organized, communicative, team-oriented, autonomous individual with strong internal-customer orientation. * Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. **What do we offer?** * Join a sector-leading company with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing growth and expansion. * Be part of a young, dynamic, and innovative team in an inspiring work environment with responsible autonomy. * Compensation commensurate with experience and value contributed. * Immediate hiring. * Full-time position. * Work location: Olèrdola / Barcelona / Remote work. * Want to join our team?
