Production: o Organize resources to carry out the assigned route under the terms and conditions specified by orders. o Carry out pre-operational checks: cleaning, detection of foreign objects, and preparation of work equipment. o Plan the optimal route and load the van according to orders to be delivered and/or materials to be collected. o Execute the route and related movements, strictly observing traffic regulations. o Supervise product delivery to recipients in good condition and within scheduled timeframes, receive proof of receipt and/or payment for the order, and complete the settlement sheet. o Collect raw materials or product returns, as instructed. o Unload collected products en route, deliver the delivery note to the warehouse, and assist in product placement according to warehouse instructions. o Monitor truck temperature to ensure proper product temperature preservation, based on the label of the most temperature-sensitive product. o Clean and maintain the truck in accordance with established cleaning and disinfection plans. o Conduct daily vehicle inspections at the beginning and end of each shift: immediately report any issues or failures to the relevant department using a checklist. o Coordinate with personnel from other departments as needed — e.g., warehouse, cold rooms, customer service. o Be attentive and available to assist other sections, always notifying your supervisor first. Food Safety and Quality: o Visual quality control: truck temperature at loading dock, documentary verification (delivery note and product), pest control inspection in truck at loading dock. o Self-control during truck loading — cleaning and pest control in truck, secure loading without damage or falling of finished products, correct handling. o Adherence to quality and food safety standards established by the relevant departments. Occupational Risk Prevention: o Compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations, criteria, and training received, strict attention to signage related to occupational health and safety present at the workplace and on machinery, and immediate reporting of any incidents. o Proposals for improving productivity, processes, workspace organization, and occupational health and safety in all its aspects. o Workplace organization, cleanliness, and maintenance. o Strict observance of traffic regulations: no alcohol consumption, no mobile phone use while driving, no speeding… * 2 years’ experience. It is essential to demonstrate commitment to basic vehicle and refrigeration unit maintenance, as well as compliance with road safety regulations.
