About our client: This is a modern, dynamic construction company with extensive industry experience, executing projects valued between €6 million and €20 million across the Barcelona metropolitan area for both public and private clients. Responsibilities: As Site Manager, you will lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget. Your main responsibilities will include: \- Planning and organizing the construction process from inception to handover. \- Coordinating in-house teams and subcontractors. \- Technical and financial control of the project. \- Managing certifications, measurements, and technical documentation. \- Acting as the main point of contact with clients, design consultants, and suppliers. \- Supervising compliance with safety and quality regulations. ### **Requirements** Technical education in architecture, engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Site Manager in building construction within national companies. Leadership, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities.
