Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric caregiver for a senior residence to provide comprehensive support to residents and ensure their physical and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration with healthcare and interdisciplinary teams We are looking for a geriatric caregiver to join our team at a senior residence on an indefinite basis. The selected candidate will work the afternoon shift, providing comprehensive care to residents and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Assistance with basic daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility, dressing, etc.) Emotional support and companionship for residents Collaboration with healthcare and interdisciplinary teams Monitoring and recording of daily incidents Participation in recreational activities * 1 year of experience. Prior experience in senior residences and day centers. * MEDIUM-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Training in sociosanitary care or nursing assistant * Availability of a vehicle * Driver's license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1230' to '1300' * Other points of interest: Teamwork skills and good communication ability Availability to work weekends
