For new projects in the **construction sector,** we are seeking a TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER based in **Tarragona.** **Responsibilities:** * Manage, plan, and monitor all activities required during project execution. * Lead periodic meetings and maintain continuous communication with clients, coordinating with commercial, technical, and logistics teams. * Ensure human and material resources are available for successful project completion. * Manage and directly liaise with suppliers. * Carry out site management certifications. * Monitor project profitability, expense management, and investments. * Regularly report project progress to Project Management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Experience in building construction projects. **Work location:** * Tarragona. **We offer:** * Permanent contract.
