Integration into a committed technical team and a positive work environment **GENERAL DESCRIPTION** At Vallès Grup, we are looking for a Civil Works Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a construction company, holding a degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Technical Engineering in Public Works, or Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. We offer job stability, proximity-based work near our headquarters in Calafell, and the opportunity to join an established, quality- and safety-focused technical team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** End-to-end management of construction contracts: project analysis, occupational health and safety, quality and execution control, time and economic planning of the contract, and final settlement. **Details:** * Comprehensive management of construction contracts: time and economic planning, execution, and closure. * Coordination of building and civil works projects—from initial analysis through final settlement. * Site supervision: quality control, compliance with project specifications, validation of layout surveys, and budget monitoring. * Preparation and monitoring of **occupational health and safety studies**. * Coordination with the Technical Direction, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Control and approval of materials; management of testing and inspections. * Resolution of incidents and technical follow-up during construction phase. * Preparation of technical documents or partial projects according to specific competencies. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** · Training in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
