Flexible working hours and a positive work environment **GENERAL DESCRIPTION** At Vallès Grup, we are looking for a Civil Works Site Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in a construction company, holding a degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Technical Engineering in Public Works, or Technical Architecture – Building Engineering. We offer stability, local employment near our headquarters in Calafell, and the opportunity to join a consolidated and committed technical team focused on quality and safety. **RESPONSIBILITIES** End-to-end contract management: project analysis, health and safety, quality and execution control, time and cost planning of the contract, and final account settlement. **Details:** * Comprehensive management of construction contracts: time and cost planning, execution, and closure. * Coordination of building and civil works projects, from initial analysis through to final account settlement. * Supervision of construction works: quality control, compliance with design specifications, validation of layout surveys, and budget monitoring. * Preparation and follow-up of **health and safety studies**. * Coordination with the Technical Director, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Control and approval of materials; management of testing and inspections. * Resolution of incidents and technical follow-up during construction phase. * Preparation of technical documentation or partial projects according to specific competencies. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** · Qualification in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. FP Intermediate/Superior Degree in Building and Civil Works. · Proven experience of 4–5 years in civil works projects is highly valued. · Strong coordination skills, responsibility, teamwork, and customer service orientation. · Valid driver’s license. · Interest in all aspects of the construction industry: gas installations, electrical installations, construction materials, cabling, measurements, surveying and drafting, safety, etc. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction-sector ERP systems such as TCQ, MS Project, AutoCAD, or Presto is an advantage. · Languages: Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). · Residence in the Baix Penedès area or nearby. **What We Offer** * **Permanent contract** and full-time position. * Flexible working hours and job stability. * Local projects requiring no extensive travel. * A committed technical team and a positive work environment. * Opportunity to assume responsibilities and grow professionally. **Compensation** * The salary range indicated in the SALARIO field is provided as a reference; actual compensation will be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience and technical profile.
