**MISSION**:
Lead the planning and coordination of the supply chain for a new industrial plant.
The selected candidate will play a key role in a greenfield project, participating from the outset in defining processes, implementing tools, and organizing national and international logistics operations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* Plan demand, production, procurement, and inventories.
* Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
* Supervise warehouse operations, stock levels, and traceability.
* Coordinate national and international transportation and distribution.
* Manage logistics operators, carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
* Oversee export documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
* Identify risks, incidents, and bottlenecks, defining contingency plans.
* Optimize logistics costs and participate in implementing logistics modules into ERP systems or planning tools.
* Prepare performance reports and report directly to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in **Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration and Management (ADE)**, or related field.
* **Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations within industrial environments.**
* Knowledge of **procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and international logistics.**
* Experience with **ERP systems** and advanced proficiency in **Excel**.
* High level of **English**.
* Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
* Prior experience in the **food industry, ingredients, biotechnology, or chemistry**, as well as in **industrial plant commissioning projects**, will be highly valued.
* Autonomy, planning ability, holistic vision, and results orientation.
* **Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle.**
Residence in Curtis or nearby areas.
