At Agroxarxa, we are looking for an Insurance Technician to join the team at our Sant Boi de Llobregat office. Manage and grow the insurance client portfolio of the assigned offices, providing personalized advisory services and identifying new business opportunities. What will be your responsibilities? Manage and maintain the insurance client portfolio. Identify commercial opportunities within the existing client portfolio. Advise clients and visit them when necessary. Prepare customized quotations according to each client’s needs. Support clients in case of claims (without handling claims processing). Coordinate with the office team to provide comprehensive service. * Experience: 1 year. Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or Bachelor’s degree (highly valued in the insurance field). Experience in: Identifying client needs. Preparing proposals/quotations. Advising on and contracting insurance policies. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: We seek a person with a strong commercial orientation and results-driven mindset, capable of teamwork and possessing excellent communication and client relationship skills. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1750' * Other points of interest: Stable position with professional development prospects. Possibility of remote work. Full-time schedule Monday to Thursday with flexible hours (08-09.15 to 17-18.30h) and intensive schedule on Fridays, during summer and Christmas.
