




1\. **Payroll Calculation and Preparation** * Application of collective bargaining agreements (e.g., the dependency care sector agreement). * Calculation of salaries, allowances, overtime, night shifts, holidays, etc. * Management of deductions: income tax (IRPF), Social Security, wage garnishments, etc. 2\. **Management of Employee Registrations, Terminations, and Changes** * Registration and deregistration in the Social Security system (Sistema RED). * Notification of contractual changes (working hours, job category, etc.). * Processing sick leave (IT), maternity/paternity leave, and work-related accident reports. 3\. **Social Security Contributions and Insurance** * Preparation and submission of social insurance forms (TC1, TC2\). * Monitoring of contribution bases and applicable bonuses. 4\. **Payments and Financial Control** * Coordination with accounting for payroll payments. * Monitoring of labor costs by center or department. 5\.**Labor Relations Functions** * Interpretation and application of the Workers' Statute and collective bargaining agreements. * Advising management and employees on labor rights and obligations. 6\. **Contract Management** * Drafting and formalization of employment contracts. * Tracking contract expirations, renewals, and conversions to permanent contracts. 7\. **Communication with Official Agencies** * Interactions with SEPE, Social Security, and Labor Inspectorate. * Processing certificates, employment history records, etc. 8\. **Handling of Labor Conflicts** * Support in disciplinary procedures, sanctions, or dismissals by drafting letters with legal support.
