




We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager/Manageress for a seasonal hotel in Calafell. **Responsibilities:** Supervise kitchen staff and their performance. Ensure a high standard in both the production of quality food and the three meal services offered: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure that facilities and staff comply with health and safety regulations. Ensure kitchen and staff efficiency, evaluate staff performance, and support their professional development. Carry out cold room, freezer, food receiving, temperature, and inventory controls. Develop weekly menus and control dish presentation. Place orders with suppliers according to needs and budget. Assign tasks and work shifts. Prepare cost sheets for each dish. Supervise inventory control and prevent waste. Allergen control. Control and organization of storage rooms and cold rooms. Verify the quality of received ingredients and products. Ensure smooth communication with other departments.
