The position is part of the production department and plays a fundamental role in the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include operating and supervising machine tools such as lathes and machining centers, ensuring parts are produced correctly according to the provided technical specifications. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for efficiently and accurately changing cutting tools, as well as performing necessary dimensional adjustments to maintain required quality standards for each production run. This role demands constant attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety in an industrial environment. Work is carried out within a production team, closely collaborating with other operators and supervisors to meet established manufacturing objectives. The environment is dynamic and productivity-focused, where precision and efficiency are key values. This position directly contributes to the production line workflow and is essential for meeting delivery deadlines and ensuring the final manufactured product's quality. Salary is set according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement, ranging from 15\.87 to 16\.05 euros gross per hour. Working hours are Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods. A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles within industrial production environments is required, including practical knowledge of working on production lines.
