




We are looking for a baker (journeyman or apprentice) for an artisan bread bakery with **proven experience.** **Possibility of permanent contract. 40 weekly hours.** Schedule from 5 to 11:30 am. * La Ràpita (Santa Margarida i els Monjos) The functions and tasks to be performed are as follows: \- Preparation, kneading, and fermentation of different types of dough (traditional, specialty, whole grain, etc.). \- Shaping and handling of pieces for baking according to established quality standards. \- Monitoring the baking process: \- Baking and controlling baking times and temperatures for each product. \- Ensuring optimal finish of baked goods (color, texture, and appearance). \- Supervision of the production process: \- Organizing and planning production according to daily needs or orders. \- Ensuring deadlines and product quality are met. \- Maintenance and cleaning: Keeping the workspace, machinery, and tools in optimal condition. Collaborating in cleaning and disinfection tasks. \- Collaboration and coordination with the team: \- Working together with other bakers and support staff to ensure efficient production. \- Reporting incidents and improvement suggestions to the direct supervisor.
