




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure logistical compliance, quality, safety, efficiency, and team development. Key Highlights: 1. MISSION Ensure proper organization and supervision of warehouse operations during the shift, guaranteeing compliance with the logistics plan, service quality, safety, operational efficiency, and team development. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and organize the shift team, ensuring their proper integration, training, and development. * Allocate staff across receiving, storage, picking, and shipping according to workload and operational needs. * Supervise logistics operations: receiving, put-away, storage, order preparation, and shipping. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, industrial safety, and occupational risk prevention (PRL). * Monitor service, productivity, and cost indicators, proposing corrective actions. * Promote continuous improvement, reduction of incidents, errors, and losses. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper use of facilities and logistics equipment. * Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and incidents with the relevant department. * Collaborate with other departments. * Participate in defining processes from receiving through to shipping. * Guarantee inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock control. * Ensure proper recording of inventory processes. * Guarantee team training and documentation for correct execution. * Collaborate in implementing new logistics flows and operational improvements. * Ensure proper management of all area processes. * Reduce logistics incidents, picking errors, and losses through continuous improvement actions. REQUIREMENTS Intermediate-level education. Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in industrial, logistics, or related fields. Logistics and Supply Chain Management training is desirable. SAP knowledge is valued. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is required. Experience in Lean Logistics, continuous improvement, and team management is desirable. Experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations management. Experience in an intensive industrial environment is desirable. Others Availability to work rotating shifts. Permanent contract.
