If you are passionate about communication, social media, video, and design, and wish to apply your talent in service of people, this is your opportunity. \- Management and coordination of the lots department work team. \- Researching new clients and maintaining existing ones. \- Negotiation with suppliers. \- Stock control and management. \- Preparation of budgets. \- Coordination of logistics for lots. \- Departmental budget management. \- Defining strategy for campaigns and for the remainder of the year. \- Coordination and management of the online store. \- Communication and dissemination tasks (for communication tasks, support will be provided by the entity's communication service) as well as economic and administrative tasks. Coordination of key processes such as invoicing, purchase management, and use of CRM/ERP. * University degree \- Business Administration and Management\- Business Sciences * In economic and financial management. * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Experience in economic management functions, preferably in social entities, cooperatives, or public administration. Proficiency in office and economic management tools (advanced Excel, accounting software, ERP, CRM, etc.). Analytical, organizational, and planning skills focused on supporting teams. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams from a supportive and enabling role, promoting understanding and shared economic responsibility for services. Clear and pedagogical communication skills adapted to different professional profiles. Leadership ability. Autonomy and initiative to propose improvements while respecting service autonomy and shared decision-making. Ability to align economic decisions with the entity’s strategic objectives. Competence to identify growth opportunities and risks through a holistic strategic perspective.
