




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to provide telephone support, manage orders and incidents, and confirm delivery notes in Olèrdola. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone support for external and internal customers 2. End-to-end order management and tracking 3. Incident resolution and delivery note confirmation We are looking for an administrative professional based in Olèrdola. Main responsibilities will include providing telephone support to both external and internal customers, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. The role also covers entering orders into the relevant system and conducting thorough order tracking. You will handle any incidents that may arise, seeking prompt and effective solutions. Additionally, you will be required to confirm delivery notes with logistics operators to ensure proper receipt and dispatch of goods. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday to Friday, morning shift from 08:00 to 17:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Completed ESO or equivalent.
