As Electrical and Plumbing Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and supervising the teams responsible for the electrical and hydraulic maintenance of our accommodations. You will be the technical reference person ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of all interventions, guaranteeing that installations operate optimally and without incidents. Therefore, you will be able to: Further expand your experience in: * Conducting regular inspections of electrical and plumbing systems. * Identifying and resolving electrical and plumbing issues. * Understanding the use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). * Participating in designing preventive maintenance plans. * Performing new electrical and plumbing installations. * Maintaining an updated inventory of equipment, tools, and materials. * Ensuring compliance of all electrical, plumbing, and sanitation installations according to safety and health regulations, as well as applicable building codes. * Responding to emergency situations such as power outages, gas leaks, or flooding. * Working closely with other departments and areas to coordinate activities and ensure the proper functioning of all Grup Blasi facilities. * Keeping accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. * Supervising outsourced work and reporting on it. * Accompanying maintenance technicians during task execution and identifying necessary training actions. * Providing support in other delegated tasks.
