Position Summary: We are seeking a Tax and Accounting Management Technician to provide tax and accounting advisory services, as well as handle tax return filings and commercial procedures within a versatile, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tax and accounting advisory services for the firm's clients. 2. Preparation and submission of tax returns and regional corporate income tax returns (CCAA). 3. Participation in administrative management and defense procedures. **TAX AND ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN:** A candidate is required for the *Tax Department*, holding at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), with proven experience and solid knowledge of accounting and taxation. Department: ***Tax***, section covering accounting and taxation. Education: Minimum requirement is a *Bachelor’s degree* or *Bachelor’s in* ***Business Administration and Management*** (a dual degree in ADE/Law is highly valued; specialized postgraduate qualifications such as a Master’s in Taxation, Accounting, or Auditing are also considered favorably). Location: ***Cambrils*** (but available to work in any of our offices across the province of Tarragona). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an equivalent or similar position; prior knowledge and more extensive experience will be assessed for professional career progression and remuneration level. Job Duties: Providing tax advisory services to the firm's clients; preparing, supervising, and submitting all types of tax returns (IRPF, IP, IRNR, IS, VAT, SII, Form 720, ITP/ADJ, ISyD, IAE, IIVTNU, IIEE, Tourism Tax, etc.). Participating in administrative management procedures (registrations, deregistrations, census modifications, etc.); supporting tax review and inspection files; defending proposed assessments through administrative channels. Providing accounting advisory services and reviewing accounting records and estimation books. Occasionally, specific accounting entries may be processed exceptionally. Preparing and filing regional corporate income tax returns (CCAA); drafting company incorporations and dissolutions, statutory amendments, and restructuring files; drafting commercial contracts; maintaining and legalizing Minutes, Shareholders’, and Shares’ books for all types of companies. A versatile, collaborative, and highly professional role. The candidate must be willing to work at any of our offices across the province of Tarragona. Remuneration will be determined based on general and specialized education, experience in similar positions, and performance objectives. Languages: ***Spanish*** and ***Catalan*** at an advanced level are mandatory (***English*** proficiency is highly valued; knowledge of any other language is also beneficial). Other Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a team; proficiency in ***Microsoft Office*** and ***Internet*** (familiarity with ***SAGE*** *Professional Firms* software is a plus).
