Job Summary: We are seeking an empathetic and responsible caregiver to accompany elderly individuals in a gerontological center, as part of a team committed to delivering high-quality care. Person-centered care We seek a responsible, empathetic individual with a vocation for caring for and accompanying elderly people in their daily lives at a municipal gerontological center. You will be part of a professional team committed to quality, person-centered care. Long week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday) and short week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Shift hours: 20:00–07:00, with statutory weekly and daily rest periods. **Responsibilities:** \- Attend to and accompany residents in daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility, etc.). \- Provide emotional support and promote personal autonomy. \- Collaborate with the nursing team and other professionals at the center. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in both private and common areas. \- Participate in wellness activities and programs. **Requirements:** One of the following qualifications is required: \- Professional Certification in Sociohealthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. \- Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Care for Dependent Individuals. \- CFGM in Sociohealthcare. \- CFGM in Auxiliary Nursing Care. **Benefits:** Temporary contract covering a leave of absence. Annual gross salary of €17,094.00, paid in 12 installments (€1,424.20 each) \+ €21.56 bonus for each Sunday or public holiday \+ €2.23 for each hour worked during night shifts. Variable compensation consisting of a payment equivalent to 6.08% of the annual gross salary (€1,039.32), or the proportional monthly amount, disbursed in January and July of each year, provided the employee has achieved individual objectives.
