Ability to plan and evaluate activities Nascor Formació is seeking a person responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational actions related to Peace Culture and Fair Trade at the Casa per la Solidaritat i la Pau, Flors Sirera. \- Designing educational activities \- Preparing reports and data analysis \- Maintaining relationships with organizations, institutions, media outlets, and suppliers * 1 year of experience. Prior experience as an Educational Activities Technician related to peace culture and fair trade. Participation in global justice activities / volunteering. Specific training in peace education. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: The ideal candidate must possess: 1\. A university degree, diploma, or Higher Vocational Training qualification in educational and/or social fields. Resumes featuring degrees or vocational programs specialized in psychoeducational topics, social pedagogy, or community intervention will be prioritized. 2\. Certification of professional experience in Cooperation and Peace Education. 3\. Specific training in fair trade and human rights will be especially valued. 4\. Certification of experience working with associations and volunteer organizations. Volunteering linked to global justice initiatives will receive special consideration. 5\. Ability to plan activities, foreseeing the entire process: objectives, implementation, and evaluation. 6\. Proficiency in Catalan, both spoken and written. 7\. Basic computer and social media skills. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (5 hours \- daily workday) * Other relevant information: Working hours: 27 hours per week
