We streamline deliveries, reduce costs, and allow our clients to focus on what matters most: growing their businesses. ### **The role** We are looking for a new teammate to join our Operations team in (Santa Margarida i Els Monjos) **Vilafranca.** You will be responsible for managing and supervising the logistical operations of your assigned clients, ensuring efficient process execution and compliance with established quality standards. You will act as the link between clients and the warehouse team, ensuring client needs are met within agreed timelines. ### **What we offer?** Permanent contract. Workplace located in **Vilafranca del Penedès**. Start date in November/December 2025\. 8 working hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM (one hour for lunch), with flexible working hours. 1 day of remote work per week. 24 working days of annual vacation. Monthly afterworks to strengthen our team spirit. ### **What will be your responsibilities?** **Account management** * Act as the main operational contact point for Amphora clients. * Collaborate with the Customer Care team to resolve inquiries or incidents. * Identify *upselling* opportunities based on customer needs. * Deliver key communications: reports, operational changes, updates, etc. * Monitor and correct performance scoring and metrics (picking errors...) * Create and present operational reports on your clients' performance. **Operations and warehouse coordination** * Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding product receipts, B2B shipments, stock audits... * Inform and coordinate about campaigns for your assigned clients. * Manage operational priorities and ensure efficient use of resources. * Communicate specific client requirements and needs to the logistics team. * Solve problems in real time, escalating when necessary to prevent service disruptions. ### **What will make you succeed in this role?** * **Previous experience in account management**, logistics, or the eCommerce sector. * Knowledge of logistics operations (warehouse, inventory management, B2B shipments). * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients. * Ability to interpret metrics and prepare operational reports. * Results-oriented with attention to detail. * Native Spanish speaker and minimum English level B2\. * **Availability to work in Vilafranca del Penedès**. * **Valid driver's license** and preferably personal vehicle. ### **Selection process** * 30-minute online call with Sara, Talent Acquisition Specialist. * 60-minute virtual interview with the Operations team. * Possible practical case exercise.
