**Retail Site Manager \| Technical Architect** Are you passionate about leading construction and interior design projects for well-known brands? We are seeking a **Technical Architect** to join a construction company belonging to an established corporate group, specializing in renovation and rollout projects for commercial and corporate spaces. **What will be your mission?** Ensure the proper execution of assigned construction projects, guaranteeing adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while efficiently coordinating all stakeholders and delivering an excellent customer experience. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Plan, organize, and comprehensively supervise assigned construction projects. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and work teams. * Perform technical project monitoring and resolve issues arising during execution. * Control scheduling, costs, and quality for each project. * Manage certifications, measurements, budgets, and procurement. * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client throughout the project. * Supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Identify improvement opportunities to optimize resources, processes, and profitability. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in **Technical Architecture** or Building Engineering. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years’ experience** as a **Site Manager** or Construction Project Director. * Experience in **retail**, office renovations, corporate spaces, or commercial interior design projects. * Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. * Ability to coordinate teams, suppliers, and clients. * Valid driver’s license. **We will value knowledge of:** * Management of renovation and interior design projects. * Cost control and construction scheduling. * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Construction materials and solutions. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training. **Tools** * AutoCAD. * Excel (intermediate to advanced level). * Presto, MS Project, or similar construction management software. **We seek a person who stands out for:** * Organization and planning skills. * Decision-making and problem-solving ability. * Customer orientation. * Leadership and team coordination. * Proactivity and foresight. * Effective communication. * Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic projects. * Commitment to quality and results. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment with a company belonging to a growing corporate group. * Involvement in high-value projects for top-tier clients. * Annual gross salary between **€35,000 and €45,000**, depending on experience. * Workplace located in **Valencia**. * Occasional domestic travel as required by projects (typically up to one night away). * No company car or per diems provided. * An outstanding opportunity to build a professional career managing benchmark retail sector projects.
