The company is distinguished by its commitment to quality, adherence to deadlines, and professionalism in project execution. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with scheduled timelines and required quality standards. * Manage work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Monitor project progress and report status updates to the contractor's management. * Resolve technical and logistical issues arising on-site. * Guarantee effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the project. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Site Manager on residential building projects. Knowledge of construction project management and occupational health and safety regulations. Leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Occupational Risk Prevention Certification (PRL): Basic Level Training (60 hours).
