This time, we have the opportunity to expand the Accenture Song team with **Technical Specialists in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)**, experienced in **Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)** and RT-CDP, to join our Data Tech team. This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing data and digital marketing solutions—ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client needs. ### **Responsibilities** * Configure and extend technical modules of **Adobe Journey Optimizer** (segments, audiences, channels, actions, offers, and journeys). * Design, develop, and implement solutions on **Adobe Experience Platform**, including data ingestion and activation processes to client destinations. * Integrate external systems via **microservices** and custom connectors. * Extend native AJO capabilities using **Single-Page Applications** (Node.js and React). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize technical and business requirements. * Conduct testing, validation, and performance assurance of implemented solutions. * Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer. * Stay current with trends and technologies across the **Adobe Marketing Cloud** ecosystem. ### **Requirements** * Higher vocational training (DAM/DAW), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent. * **Technical experience in web application development** (Node.js for backend and React for frontend). * Knowledge of or interest in the **Adobe Marketing Cloud** ecosystem (AEP, AJO, Adobe Campaign, Analytics, Launch, Target, Audience Manager). * Knowledge of **RT-CDP** and real-time data management. * Proficiency in **SQL** and data architecture. * Programming and scripting skills (JavaScript, Python). * Ability to collaborate within teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications in AEP, RT-CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer. * Experience with other digital marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pega, etc.) At **Accenture**, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we champion a hybrid work model that—powered by technology and our facilities—enables us to maintain the essential human connection required to work effectively with our teams and clients.
