Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Foreman/Forewoman to support forestry construction works, managing and coordinating brigades, machinery, and subcontractors, while ensuring safety and health on site. Ensuring safety and health on site Foreman/Forewoman \- Forestry Construction Project (Ourense) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire a Foreman/Forewoman to support forestry construction projects. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ourense Address: Province of Ourense **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Management and coordination of forestry brigades. * Management and coordination of forestry machinery. * Management and coordination of subcontractors. * Conducting measurements and monitoring work performance. * Ensuring safety and health on site. * Preparing reports and controlling daily work logs. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must justify compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) in a specialty enabling performance of the job functions: Forestry Management and Exploitation, and Conservation of the Natural Environment. ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of verifiable professional experience as a forestry foreman/forewoman. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Geographic Information Systems (GIS) course of at least 60 hours. ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 year up to 3 years performing duties as a forestry foreman/forewoman in public-sector companies. * From 1 year up to 3 years performing duties as a forestry foreman/forewoman in private-sector companies. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 23 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule The application period will be open from today, 12/02/2026, until 18/02/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
