You will undergo a 12-month training period at our site in Cantoria (Almería), and after completing the training period, you will take responsibility for one of our fabrication plants in the USA, where you will support the production process and implement improvements to production operations. **Your main responsibilities** * Define and implement control systems and processes necessary to identify deviations in production, applying appropriate corrective measures. * Coordinate the implementation of controls for monitoring production. * Collaborate on research projects, pilot tests, etc. * Provide technical support to factory units. * Develop technical specifications and manuals for new products and production processes. * Optimize and improve existing production processes by identifying deficiencies. **What you need to succeed** **Education:** Industrial Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or related field. **Experience and Knowledge:** Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in managing industrial production processes. - Process engineering. - Production planning and organization. - Continuous improvement methodologies. - Automation systems. - Advanced English (C1 level): A proficiency test will be conducted at the beginning of the recruitment process. - Geographic mobility for relocation to the USA.
