Packaging Operator (Male or Female)

Description

The packaging operator position will be carried out in a dynamic environment within the horticultural and fruit sector, focused on the final preparation and conditioning of products for distribution. The main tasks will be performed under the supervision of the production line manager or warehouse supervisor, ensuring that all processes comply with the quality standards established by the company and its customers. This role is essential to ensure that goods reach consumers in optimal condition, maintaining the freshness and presentation required in the food market. The working schedule requires constant attention to detail and to the proper functioning of specialized machinery. The operator must monitor the finished product for defects, checking seals and labels to prevent incidents along the supply chain. Additionally, a high level of organization and hygiene must be maintained in the work area, strictly adhering to the sanitary regulations specific to the food industry, thereby contributing to both product safety and human team safety. The work environment is characterized by collaboration and achievement of production goals, adapting to seasonal variations and market demand. The employment contract type is a Fixed-Discontinuous contract, initially managed through weekly contracts extendable according to workload volume and warehouse production needs. Onboarding takes place at an established agricultural-sector company, providing a dynamic work environment focused on quality. Prior verifiable experience in horticultural and fruit-sector packaging warehouses is required, as well as full availability for rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Owning a personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting, as work centers are located in peripheral areas without public transportation. Furthermore, physical fitness is required to stand for extended periods, and completion of Compulsory Secondary Education is necessary.
