**Your contribution:**
* You assume continuous Vulnerability Management, precisely assess vulnerabilities, and coordinate their sustainable remediation in complex environments.
* You design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide IT security processes so they are both audit-compliant and efficiently applied in daily operations.
* You serve as a competent point of contact for gematik and internal stakeholders, translating regulatory requirements into practical technical measures.
* You analyze and evaluate IT security–related issues, produce well-founded risk assessments, and derive clear recommendations for action.
* You develop and maintain dashboards for connectivity and security KPIs to ensure transparency and provide real-time decision-making support.
**What you bring:**
* Several years of professional experience in IT security, ideally with a focus on Vulnerability Management, Governance & Compliance, and collaboration with regulatory bodies (e.g., gematik).
* An outstanding completed university degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, or a comparable field (Master’s or Diploma), preferably with above-average academic performance.
* Very good knowledge of IT security tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Nessus), SIEM/SOC environments, network and system architectures, as well as experience building security processes and dashboards (e.g., using Power BI, Grafana, or similar solutions).
* Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical content precisely and understandably to diverse audiences.
* An analytical, structured, and responsible working style; high self-motivation; enthusiasm for collaboration within interdisciplinary teams; and a confident, professional demeanor.
