We foster a positive, pleasant, and happy workplace for everyone. **What are we looking for?** Reporting to the department manager, we seek a colleague for the SALESPERSON position, working 20 hours per week, five days a week, at our store in SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA. Your main responsibilities would include: * Advising, assisting, and selling to customers. * Resolving incidents. * Maintaining your department in optimal presentation and condition. * Ensuring sufficient product availability in your department. * Monitoring daily offers and promotions. * Achieving budgeted sales targets. * Providing general support to the store. **What do we offer?** * Substitute contract * Fixed salary \+ variable bonus based on achievement of targets * Development plan **Requirements:** --------------- A candidate with appropriate education, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving ability; friendly, empathetic, and positive. Prior experience in retail or the large-scale distribution sector will be valued. Good appearance and diction, customer service orientation, dynamism, perseverance, negotiation skills, and organizational ability. Full availability is mandatory for part-time work from 10:00 to 21:00 Monday through Friday and on Sundays/holidays as established by each Autonomous Community, and from 10:00 to 22:00 on Saturdays, respecting the weekly rest period stipulated in the Large Stores Collective Agreement.
