Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge for facility surveillance, access control, equipment maintenance, mail reception, and leadership during evacuations in Oviedo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leading evacuations and providing assistance during emergencies We are looking for a person to perform concierge duties in a building in Oviedo. Main responsibilities will include facility surveillance and access control, ensuring the proper operation of the building's shared equipment. The role also involves mail reception and, in case of emergency, leading evacuations and assisting those in need. A Basic General Education qualification or E.S.O. diploma is preferred, along with basic computer skills and prior experience in similar positions. Candidates with certified functional diversity will be prioritized. This is a temporary position with a part-time schedule of 29 hours per week, distributed across rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, either between 9:00 and 14:00, or between 16:00 and 21:00, with legally mandated rest periods.
