We are looking for a **Construction Planner** to join a major industrial construction project. If you are passionate about industrial project planning and wish to be part of a dynamic team working on high-impact energy projects, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor project planning, ensuring timely delivery and cross-departmental coordination. * Plan the trains of the raw material pretreatment unit and the wastewater treatment unit. * Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation—including piping, ventilation, static and dynamic equipment, and structural steel erection. * Identify risks and develop alternative planning scenarios. * Integrate planning with resource and cost control. * Prepare progress reports (S-curves, milestones, KPIs). * Support documentation management and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in planning industrial construction or process plant projects. * Experience in site environments and multidisciplinary coordination. **What We Offer:** • Stability: Employment contract within a solid work environment with long-term projects. • Continuous training: Tailored training programs aligned with your role and professional development. • Flexible compensation: Includes transportation, meal allowance, medical insurance, childcare support, and training. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
