




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced shift manager in the food industry to coordinate teams, allocate resources, and supervise production, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations. Versatile and responsible position with a results-oriented approach We are looking for a shift manager with experience in the food sector to join our team in La Rinconada. Main responsibilities include coordinating and planning the work team, allocating resources across different production sections, and fully supervising the production process during the shift. The role also entails ensuring strict compliance with food quality and safety regulations. This is a full-time contract with a weekly workload of 40 hours, scheduled from Monday to Saturday. A rotating shift system will be implemented covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts within a timeframe from 06:00 to 06:00 the following day, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * We seek a versatile and responsible individual with a results-oriented approach, who is organized and flexible enough to adapt to the job's demands. * Valid forklift operator license. * Extensive experience as a forklift operator. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * High school diploma (Bachiller Superior), COU, FPII, or Higher Vocational Training qualification
