The main mission is to execute the quality controls defined by the company, ensuring that products meet regulatory and commercial requirements. The role involves performing analyses, recording data, and collaborating in the implementation of quality process improvements. Functions and responsibilities * Management of delivery notes and logistics documentation. * Execution of Quality Controls. * Recording and documentation of results. * Handling incidents with suppliers. * Blocking products due to quality issues. * Support during audits and compliance with regulations. Requirements * Higher degree in Food Industry Processes and Quality, Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control, or equivalent. * Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields (optional but desirable). * Knowledge of the agri-food sector and commercial distribution. * Advanced level in office software (Excel, Word). * Experience using ERP systems. * Empathy and social skills. * Analytical ability. * Good communication skills. * Decision-making fluency.
