




We are looking for a bakery assistant with experience in baking and pastry. Main responsibilities include the careful preparation of ingredients, making doughs and creams, final decoration of products, and baking various items. It will be essential to maintain strict cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper maintenance of all machinery and utensils, always following current food hygiene and safety regulations. A Professional Basic Certificate in Baking and Pastry and a Food Handler's Certificate are required. Previous experience of at least 12 months in the pastry sector is an essential requirement. Candidates under 30 years old will be preferred in order to qualify for a subsidized contract. We offer a permanent full-time contract with salary according to collective agreement.
