It is essential to maintain rigorous cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper maintenance of all machinery and utensils, always complying with current food hygiene and safety regulations. A Professional Basic Qualification in Bakery and Pastry and a Food Handler Certificate are required. At least 12 months of prior experience in the pastry sector is an essential requirement. Candidates under 30 years of age will be preferred to qualify for a subsidized contract. A permanent full-time contract is offered with remuneration aligned with the applicable collective agreement.
