Job Summary: Grupo El Castillo is seeking an Architect to join its team, participating in project development and construction supervision, with a focus on BIM and document management. Key Highlights: 1. BIM-based project integration and development 2. Preparation and tracking of technical documentation 3. Supervision and control of site incidents Grupo El Castillo is currently conducting a recruitment process to hire an Architect for its headquarters in San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante). Would you like to join our team? Your responsibilities would include, among others: * Drafting and handling Basic and Execution Project drawings. * BIM-based project integration and development. * Preparation and tracking of technical documentation at all levels (projects, tenders, and municipal procedures). * Site visits for supervision, data collection, incident control, and coordination with various teams involved in the projects. Requirements: * Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Architecture or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of experience working in architectural studios and/or construction management. Prior experience in public residential projects, healthcare facilities, and housing will be highly valued. * Practical knowledge of construction processes and ability to operate effectively on-site. * Experience handling administrative procedures related to the construction sector. * Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Rendering software, and Quantity Surveying. * Personal vehicle required.
