At Ormazabal, you’ll find a space to design your future—and the future of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking an Electricity Technician with commercial skills for Ormazabal Medium Voltage, at our Aldaia (Valencia) office. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle incoming offer requests by analyzing TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND ELECTRICAL SCHEMATICS, and requesting any additional data required for their assessment, thereby enabling a comprehensive and appropriate evaluation of each request and the ability to provide solutions to the queries raised. * Manage offers via SALESFORCE; * Ensuring the reference is unique for each project. * Verifying that technical and commercial information is uploaded and visible to all on the platform. (Specifications, customer…) * Confirming that all involved parties have been invited to view the offer and are therefore informed of it. * Preparing offers by analyzing, in each case, the best option—based on minimum criteria or on customers’ ETs (Technical Specifications). * Submitting clear and as concise as possible offer requests to the factory’s technical department, translating customer-provided information into factory terminology. * Driving/accelerating the follow-up and resolution of offers. * Tracking the status of offers. * Maintaining up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of products certified by electricity companies. * Participating in area projects whenever necessary. * Keeping offer databases updated. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training in Electricity (FP2) * Required knowledge: MV/HV, SAP, Salesforce, Office software * Required competencies: Achievement orientation, Teamwork, Initiative, Customer orientation. * Additional requirements: Discipline and method in work.
