




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical-functional Salesforce professional to participate in end-to-end projects—from requirements analysis through development and support—collaborating with business users and technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in end-to-end Salesforce projects. 2. Development and customization of the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flows). 3. Collaboration with business and technology teams. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in end-to-end Salesforce projects—from requirements gathering through functional design, technical development, testing, and evolutionary support. * Analyze business needs, translate them into functional solutions, and implement them within the Salesforce ecosystem. * Develop and customize the platform using **Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and automations**. * Configure and administer modules such as **Sales Cloud and Service Cloud**, ensuring proper operation of sales and service processes. * Collaborate with business users to define improvements, validate requirements, and ensure correct implementation. * Serve as a bridge between technical and functional areas, facilitating communication and alignment in CRM projects. **Requirements:** * **4 to 5 years of experience** in the Salesforce ecosystem in hybrid technical-functional roles. * Experience in development with Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud. * Knowledge of architecture, best practices, and CRM project lifecycle. * Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions. * Experience working with business and technology teams in corporate environments. * English level **B2**.
