




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Support Technician to manage FTTH connectivity for business customers, coordinate installations, and resolve incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage FTTH connectivity services for business customers. 2. Coordinate installations with partner companies. 3. Track installation and service activation requests. Therefore, we are looking for an **Operations Support Technician** for Aire’s Operations department. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Technical management of FTTH connectivity services for business customers. * Technical liaison with customers regarding fiber activation requests and incident resolution. * Coordination of installations and field operations with partner companies. * Tracking of fiber installation and service activation requests. * Coordination with other technical and operations departments. **What are we looking for?** * Basic knowledge of IP networks (routing, NAT, VLAN, VPN). * Basic knowledge of FTTH fiber and connectivity services. * Experience working with business customers. * Ability to coordinate with installation companies and partners. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract and full-time employment. * Hybrid work model (**50%**) at our offices in **Elche or Madrid.** * Flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:30 AM. * Working hours Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including lunch break; Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Intensive working schedule during summer months. * 23 working days of annual vacation to disconnect and recharge. * Opportunities for continued technical and professional growth. * With our Learning Fridays, we guarantee dedicated time for training during working hours. * Don’t miss out on our Campus Aire University!
