WE OFFER: * Stable position according to performance * Split working day from Monday to Friday (Friday morning only) * Negotiable salary depending on experience, above 25\.000 € gross/year RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze purchasing needs based on production and sales demands. * Stock management: demand forecasting, purchasing, minimums and maximums, orders...) \- Management, negotiation and search for new suppliers (national and international).\- * Manage purchase forecasting, order planning, execution of purchase orders and supplier orders. * Ensure acquisition processes, supervise the purchasing and inventory of supplies. * Manage material collection from subcontractors and arrange transportation for purchases (freight forwarder management, preparation of customs documentation,...) * Resolve incidents and track placed orders, ensuring delivery and adherence to deadlines. * Maintain and update the database and real-time information on stock levels and delivery times. * Manage delivery of supplier material delivery notes. * Create suppliers, update rates and commercial agreements in ERP. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing Department, preferably in the industrial sector; highly valued experience in purchasing and logistics management in Asian markets. * Minimum qualification: Higher Education Degree or equivalent experience. * High level/native English \- Proficiency in Excel and experience with business ERPs, highly valued experience in \- Microsoft Dynamics * Person with strong negotiation skills, proactive, problem-solving oriented, accustomed to working under pressure, clearly results-oriented.
