Our core values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 4 years of experience as a React Developer in: * Solid experience with **React**, **JavaScript** (vanilla and frameworks), and **TypeScript**. * Advanced knowledge of **HTML/CSS (SASS)**, **NodeJS**, and tools such as **Jest**, **RxJS**, **Webpack**, and **Styled-components**. * Experience with **NoSQL databases**, such as MongoDB and Redis. * Ability to write **high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code**, following patterns like **DDD** or principles such as **SOLID**. * Experience with **unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage**, as well as version control (**Git**) and **CI/CD** tools. * Strong teamwork skills, effective communication, and willingness to **mentor** other developers. * Experience working with **agile methodologies**. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **React Frontend Development**: Design and build scalable web applications, optimizing frontend architecture and applying React best practices. * **Backend and Database Integration**: Collaborate with NodeJS and NoSQL databases to ensure correct service integration. * **Quality and Testing**: Implement unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality and adherence to team standards. * **Mentorship and Technical Leadership**: Support fellow team members in development best practices and lead technical projects. * **Optimization and Continuous Improvement**: Analyze issues and propose efficient solutions to enhance our applications and user experience. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration**: Work alongside other web teams to improve the **usability and accessibility** of our websites and applications. **Additionally, experience and/or knowledge in the following areas will be highly valued:** * Experience with **complementary React frameworks and libraries**. * Knowledge of **agile methodologies and DevOps**. * Experience in **web performance optimization** and accessibility best practices. * Skills in **software architecture** and application scalability. * Willingness to learn new web technologies and development techniques.
