We are seeking **a Kitchen Assistant** to join one of our residences in **CAMPOS (Mallorca).** The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * **Working hours: 40 hours per week.** * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with weekly rest days. Some days involve afternoon shifts (1 p.m. to 9 p.m.), while others feature split shifts (9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) * Duration: Temporary replacement. * **Salary: approx. €1200–€1300 gross per month, paid in 14 annual installments.** * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards its employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and supervise the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. * **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
