Currently, we are looking to incorporate a new person into our team, who will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and improving production processes and lines, with a strong emphasis on technological improvement, design, and machinery optimization. The goal is to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and reliability of production processes through robust and scalable engineering solutions. Main Responsibilities * Analyze production processes and manufacturing lines to identify technical and operational improvement opportunities. * Design, modify, and optimize machines, tools, and production equipment to improve performance, quality, and ergonomics. * Actively participate in continuous improvement and production line optimization projects (cycle time, OEE, rejects, process stability). * Collaborate on PLC, sensor, and industrial automation system programming, commissioning, and startup. * Provide technical support to production for resolving process, machinery, or control-related incidents. * Participate in the startup of new production lines, equipment, or upgrades of existing machinery. * Define technical requirements and collaborate with machinery, automation, and industrial technology suppliers. * Prepare technical documentation: schematics, process diagrams, FMEA, work instructions, and operating standards. * Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to ensure process robustness and repeatability. Requirements * Preferred: • Experience in improving and automating existing production lines. + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma. + Experience in industrialization of new products. + Familiarity with sensor environments, machine data collection, and industrial digitalization. * Essential: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or similar. + Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial or production environments. + Knowledge of process engineering and operation of production lines. + Knowledge of mechanical machine design and use of industrial components. + Familiarity with motors, frequency inverters, drive systems, and pneumatics. + Basic or intermediate knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation (reading, tuning, or programming). + Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of ERP systems.
