Precision CNC Programmer – Ripoll Specialized company in machining unique and high-precision components, focused on demanding industrial sectors, is seeking to hire a machine-side CNC Programmer for lathes and machining centers at its Ripoll location, working fixed morning shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpret technical drawings and documentation. * On-site programming of CNC lathes and machining centers for unique and high-precision parts. * Operate and adjust machining parameters, performing tool wear compensation. * Modify programs and tools to ensure dimensional and surface quality of parts. * Perform basic workshop maintenance and lubrication of assigned machinery. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC programmer on lathes or machining centers. * Advanced knowledge of ISO controls (Fanuc or Fagor) – essential. * Higher Vocational Training in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent. * Experience with CAD/CAM software and ability to interpret 3D drawings will be valued. **We Offer** * Stable employment contract directly with the company. * Salary range: between €28,000 and €35,000 gross annually, depending on experience and technical qualifications. * Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, fixed morning shift (7:00–15:00). * Join a highly specialized technical environment working on short production runs and one-off parts. * Opportunities for professional growth and involvement in continuous improvement projects.
