Technical support to site teams and coordination with designers Asset1 Invest seeks to incorporate a **Technical Architect** into its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review, control, and validation of technical drawings and graphic documentation. * Coordination and tracking of drawing modifications throughout the various project phases. * Supervision of compliance with technical and construction regulations. * Technical support to site teams and coordination with designers, engineering firms, and technical management. * Ensuring consistency among drawings, measurements, and on-site execution. **Requirements:** * University degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction sector. * Experience in work supervision, monitoring, and control. * Experience in drawing control, review, and management. * Solid knowledge of current regulations. * Proficiency in design and technical review tools. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * Communication skills for coordinating with various project stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in project management. * Knowledge of BIM or other digital methodologies. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Leadership and decision-making capability. * Commitment to quality and achievement of objectives.
