What will your responsibilities be? The Contact Center Agent for Auto Claims Opening carries out activities related to insured customer service, advising and opening auto insurance claims. Some of the more specific duties of the Telephone Agent for Auto Claims Opening in Madrid: A Telephone Agent’s day-to-day work involves customer service for opening auto insurance claims, as well as providing information regarding claim management and status. They will also liaise with the Claims Processing team by transferring documentation to initiate and finalize claim files. Request documentation from professionals (e.g., appraisers, traffic experts, etc.) to ensure successful claim opening. Work with CICOS/SDM agreements. Additionally, the Telephone Agent for Auto Claims Opening will facilitate information to workshops and suppliers and coordinate repairs for insured customers’ claims. Environmental Educator at the Nordic Ski Station: Guils-Fontanera

We are launching a new campaign at Nordic Ski Stations and seeking 1 environmental educator. WORKING HOURS: 8 hours per day SCHEDULE: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (6 hours at the station) + travel time (2 hours) AVAILABLE SKI STATIONS (1 educator per station): 1. Intress needs to hire two people for the position of **Social Psychologist for Women** within the Specialised Intervention Service for Women Victims of Masculine Violence (SIE), located in **Seu d’Urgell, Lleida**. This service provides comprehensive care and resources throughout the recovery and reparation process for women who have suffered or are suffering from violence, as well as for their children. ***What will you do?*** * **Psychological assessment and intervention with women served** by the service, both individually and in groups. * **Psychological assessment and intervention**, as appropriate, **with adult children** of the women users of the service. * **Development and follow-up of the Individual Work Plan**, jointly with the woman and the interdisciplinary team. * **Participation in training, prevention, and awareness-raising activities** related to masculine violence and other outreach activities promoting the service. * **Psychological consultation and advice for the professional team**. * **Management of emergency situations** requiring containment and provision of therapeutic accompaniment to women. * **Coordination with the mental health network** and other psychological support services to which the woman is linked. * **Referral to the mental health network** and other specialised psychological support services for women deemed necessary—and/or for minors in their care. * **Participation in coordination meetings** with other agencies and professionals. * **Preparation of reports**, when required. * **Facilitation of group sessions**. * **Session documentation**, including intervention notes for the team. * Monthly follow-ups. * Once a month or fortnightly, travel across the territory is required to deliver interventions. ***What do we offer?*** * **Start Date:** January 2026 * **Contract Type:** Permanent—this is a stable position, and we hope you’ll stay with us!
